The service was prepared by Charlotte larsen for the Ann Arbor, Michigan, Christian Reformed Church, where she serves as music director. The service involved several readers, including pastors and young people, as well as numerous instrumentalists (two flutes, trumpet, trombone, organ, piano, and some percussion instruments).
